College football season is BACK and Touching Hearts at Home has been practicing our TOUCHDOWN DANCE!
To thank our exceptional CareTeam for their tireless efforts, unfailing compassionate care and dedication to their clients and calling to serve others, Touching Hearts at Home awarded 25 CarePartners with a ticket to the University of Florida Football Game with a guest.
For many, this was the first time they attended a football game at the Swamp, and for others, they were able to treat their sons, daughters, mothers, and fathers to a fun-filled and memorable gameday experience. It is VERY important to our organization that we value, reward, and encourage our CareTeam as often as possible for all of their hard work — we appreciate them SO much!
In addition, we were very excited to kick off this year’s football season with our partners at Palm Garden Rehabilitation Center by participating in their annual Gator Tailgate Party prior to the Tennessee vs. Florida Football Game. Our team served up some amazing cocktails (Tennessee Lemonade and Gator Margaritas) paired with some delicious tailgate foods. A great time was had by all and we enjoyed the opportunity to see all of our community partners and friends.
