This year has been especially meaningful for all of us at Touching Hearts at Home, as we proudly celebrated 15 years of serving seniors and adults with disabilities across North Central Florida.

What began as a family’s calling has grown into a trusted, community-rooted organization—one built on faith, integrity, and a deep commitment to delivering exceptional care with dignity. Our family remains at the heart of everything we do, and we are honored to carry forward the legacy that started this journey.

This year, we were humbled to once again be named Best Home Care in the State of Florida—for the second year in a row. This recognition belongs to our incredible CareTeam of experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s) and Home Health Aides (HHA’s) and our passionate Leadership Team, whose dedication, professionalism, and heart for service make a difference every single day. Their tireless work, commitment to excellence, and unwavering standards are what truly set Touching Hearts at Home apart.

We are also deeply grateful to serve seniors and adults with disabilities in 10 counties throughout North Central Florida, allowing us to extend our mission to more families than ever before. Being entrusted with the care of your loved ones and referrals is not something we take lightly—it is a blessing we honor daily.
