Join Touching Hearts at Home for a Round-Up at the Roadhouse on Thursday, October 15, 2020. This FUNdraiser is set to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Association leading up to the Walk to End Alz, which will take place on Saturday, October 17. We have partnered with Texas Roadhouse for this signature fundraiser event.
Guests have two options and ways to participate in this fundraiser: Pre-order a boxed meal to pick up at Texas Road House on October 15 any time from 11AM-6PM. There are three boxed lunch options to choose from: 6 oz. Sirloin Boxed Lunch, a Pork Chop Boxed Lunch, or a BBQ Chicken Boxed Lunch. Each boxed lunch includes mashed potatoes, green beans, freshly baked bread, and tea or a softdrink. The cost is only $15 per cowboy or cowgirl and proceeds benefit the Alzheimer’s Association. Offices and organizations are encouraged to order boxed lunches in bulk for their staff. Assisted Living Communities, Skilled Nursing Communities and Senior Living Communities are also encouraged to participate, and the community that orders the most boxed lunches and/or dinners will win this year’s contest. The winning community will receive the 2020 title, a commemorative trophy, and a surprise for their staff.
Those who wish to dine out at Texas Roadhouse are encouraged to stop by for happy hour and/or dinner on Thursday, October 15 from 4pm-9pm. Texas Roadhouse will donate 10% of every check to the Alzheimer’s Association when you mention Touching Hearts at Home.
