About Us

Brandon has worked in the service industry since 2000. He oversees the daily operations of the business and sets the tone for a great team culture. Brandon’s commitment to Touching Hearts clients is consistently providing excellence in care with reliable, extensively trained & engaged caregivers. Brandon has earned several awards for outstanding leadership, communication, #1 Overall Top Small Business multiple times and Top Workplace six years running! Brandon is a very hands on owner, actively participating in all aspects of the business, which even includes answering the phones!

Jodi joined Touching Hearts in January of 2020, coming to us from the non-profit sector where she founded a community based educational organization serving as Executive Director for over 15 years. She is passionate about senior engagement, community outreach, and supporting clients and their families as they navigate aging in place. Jodi is a Trauma Care Facilitator, Community Counselor & offers Chicken Therapy!

My career spans more than 30 years in the healthcare field, including experience in Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation as a Marketing Director, Assisted Living Administration, Independent Living, and Home Care for Seniors. Most recently, I served as the Chief Marketing Officer for a community resource organization, Innovare HP. I am also honored to serve on the Board of Directors for the Grand Rapids chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.

I live in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and am the proud mother of two daughters and grandmother to five wonderful grandchildren. In my free time, I enjoy long walks and hiking with my dog, Gracie Lynn, as well as traveling—just ask me about my trip to the Philippines this past April! It was an incredible adventure and an opportunity to learn about different cultures.

My passion has always been serving seniors and ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and support as they seek housing and resources within their communities. I’m truly excited to be part of this amazing team and look forward to contributing to our shared mission of providing exceptional care.
