Congratulations to India Ervin, who was chosen as Touching Hearts at Home’s Caregiver of the Month for March 2022!
India joined the Touching Hearts team late in 2021 with plenty of experience in Senior Care. She not only brought her skills in dementia and personal care but also her patience, compassion, and strong ability to work with people. India is also a Medical Assistant and CPR Certified through the American Heart Association.
Since joining Touching Hearts, India has serviced many different clients but has also had the same recurring client since day one! They have a special relationship, and the family has come to depend on her visits. She drives an hour to and from work each day and is always on time, if not early. Impressive, especially in this Nashville traffic!
Additionally, the office staff greatly enjoys working with India because of her sweet demeanor, perfect attendance, and excellent communication.
