Shide Adibi
I am currently living in Germany and working as a software developer. For some time now, I have been looking to start my own business, something meaningful that combines my drive to grow and my passion for caring for others. Alongside my technical work, I have always enjoyed managing, building teams, organizing people and processes, and being the person others can rely on to make things run smoothly. Running my own business is the natural next step for me.
Caregiving has always been close to my heart. Growing up, my parents both worked full time, and I had to take care of my grandparents myself. I did it with love and patience, and I remember it as one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life, caring for them brought me a sense of calm and purpose I have rarely felt elsewhere. That experience taught me that I wanted to build something that benefits both me and the people I serve.
When I began researching senior care franchises, Touching Hearts at Home stood out clearly. Through my conversations with Eric, I have become more and more confident that this is the right path. What stays with me is the culture, a genuinely loving community where everyone seems to provide care with sincerity and from the heart. That alignment between the business and my own values is what drew me in, and it is why I am excited to take the next step.
