Brian Casebolt
William “Brian” Casebolt is the Owner & Operator of Touching Hearts at Home of Southwest Florida, where he is building an organization around a simple but important belief: every person deserves to age with dignity, independence, connection, and exceptional care.
America is experiencing an generational demographic shift as millions of people enter their later years. Yet behind those statistics are individuals—mothers and fathers, husbands and wives, brothers and sisters, friends and neighbors—most of whom share a powerful desire to remain in the place they know best: their own home.
For Brian, helping make that possible is both a professional and deeply personal calling.
He lost both of his parents relatively young, each suddenly and with no good byes. Those experiences gave him an enduring appreciation for how precious time with the people we love can be—and for the importance of dignity, companionship, comfort, and human connection throughout every season of life.
That perspective is at the core of his vision for Touching Hearts at Home of Southwest Florida.

Brian has been a full-time resident of Bonita Springs since 2014 and has developed a deep affection for Southwest Florida, its people, and its distinctive character.
He loves what might be described as the region’s “Old Florida” spirit—relaxed, welcoming, unpretentious, and deeply connected to a sense of place. At the same time, Southwest Florida has attracted an extraordinary community of people who have led, built, created, and accomplished remarkable things across virtually every profession and industry.
Brian sees something uniquely Southwest Florida in that combination: laid-back yet driven, private and humble yet ambitious, fiercely independent yet deeply connected to community. It is a place where personal responsibility and individual achievement coexist with a genuine willingness to show up for neighbors, friends, families, and the broader community.
Those qualities have helped shape the kind of organization Brian wants Touching Hearts at Home of Southwest Florida to become.

Exceptional Care Begins with Exceptional Caregivers
Brian believes exceptional care begins with exceptional caregivers. His goal is to build one of Southwest Florida’s most capable, compassionate, and supported caregiving teams—selecting remarkable people with a genuine passion for serving others and giving them the training, tools, encouragement, and leadership they need to be extraordinary at what they do.
Before entering senior care, Brian spent more than two decades leading and transforming complex organizations. His career has included leadership roles with McKinsey & Company, Hertz Global Holdings, Centerbridge Partners, and Great Wolf Lodge, as well as advising and investing in service and franchise businesses.
Across those experiences, a consistent lesson emerged: enduring organizations are built through exceptional people, clear standards, thoughtful systems, accountability, and a culture that never loses sight of whom it exists to serve.
Today, Brian is bringing those lessons to a purpose that feels profoundly different.

That means listening carefully to each client and family. It means recognizing that every person’s circumstances, routines, preferences, and needs are unique. It means supporting caregivers as the lifeblood of the organization. And it means raising our own expectations for what exceptional in-home care can and should be.
Above all, Brian believes being invited into someone’s home and life is a privilege that carries a sacred responsibility. Whether Touching Hearts serves a family for a few weeks or for many years, the measure of success is ultimately a human one: May every life we touch be better because we were there.
Brian holds degrees from Texas Christian University and Dartmouth College.
