What is home care?
Home care provides non-medical assistance that allows seniors and adults with
disabilities to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. Our caregivers
help with daily activities, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping,
and personal care.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve families throughout the West Valley, including Peoria,
Glendale, Surprise, Sun City, Sun City West, Goodyear, Avondale, Litchfield
Park, Buckeye, and surrounding communities.
Is home care the same as home health?
No. Home health provides skilled medical services such as nursing or physical
therapy, usually prescribed by a physician. Home care focuses on non-medical
support to help clients remain independent and safe at home
What services do you provide?
Our services include: Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), Medication reminders, Meal planning and preparation, Light housekeeping, Companionship, Alzheimer’s and dementia support, Respite care for family caregivers, Overnight and 24-hour care
How quickly can care begin?
In many cases, we can begin services within 48 hours after completing an
in-home assessment.
Are your caregivers background checked?
Yes. Every caregiver undergoes a thorough screening process, including
background checks, and reference verification before working with clients.
Can my loved one receive care in an assisted living community?
Yes. We often provide one-on-one care in assisted living, independent living,
rehabilitation centers, and hospitals when additional support is needed.
Is care available on weekends and holidays?
Yes. We provide care seven days a week, including weekends and holidays
Do you offer overnight or 24-hour care?
Yes. Depending on your loved one’s needs, we can provide overnight care,
around-the-clock care, or live-in care when appropriate.
Does insurance pay for home care?
Coverage varies. Some long-term care insurance policies may help cover the
cost of home care services. We also work with eligible VA programs. For many
families, services are paid for privately. We’re happy to discuss your options and
answer any questions about payment.
What if my regular caregiver is unavailable?
We have a team of caregivers and office staff who work together to ensure
continuity of care whenever possible.
How do I know when it’s time for home care?
Signs may include: Frequent falls, Forgetting medications, Difficulty preparing meals
Increased loneliness, Family caregiver burnout, Declining personal hygiene and Memory concerns (If you’re unsure, we’re happy to provide a free consultation.)
Do you offer flexible schedules?
Yes! We offer a variety of schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends,
overnight shifts, and part-time opportunities whenever possible.
Do I need my own vehicle?
Reliable transportation is required, as caregivers travel to clients’ homes and may
transport clients to appointments or errands if needed.
How are caregivers matched with clients?
We consider personality, skills, location, schedule, and experience to create the
best possible match for both the caregiver and the client.
