Yesterday, my family got the greatest news ever. One of our family members was released from the great Craig Wound Center after 10 grueling months of suffering. If it were not for a Touching Hearts Agency’s Caregiver, the greatest caregiver ever, WE WOULD NEVER HAVE DISCOVERED THIS LIFE THREATENING ISSUE. No one saw it but her! Not only was she extremely competent, but RELIABLE, and reliability IS THE BIGGEST challenge when counting on agencies for caregiving. BUT NOT TOUCHING HEARTS! The scheduler at Touching Hearts is literally an angel among us. Due to in and out of hospital, from cancer and more, we never knew when a glitch would happen to our schedule; however, we were never afraid to call and inform them. They worked with us daily, sometimes, hour by hour, to try and accommodate us. That’s our job, they would say, as we begged for forgiveness. And their on the front lines staff, who answer the phones, simply MAKE YOUR DAY. Not only with the biggest hello, how are you doing today, but manage somehow to get a lot of giggles in midst of bad trying times. I love Haley, Bryan, and everyone at Touching Hearts. They literally got our family member where he is today, MORE INDEPENDENT! That is their goal. Not to keep you there to make money, but to nurture one back to independence. I recommend them to anyone looking for competence, reliability, while being compassionate. We are still amazed how the thing we dreaded the most, getting reliable care, actually became the easiest, during a very challenging time. They became our family and we still feel that way. I hope they will be there when I need them! I want to add that at this time of COVID horror, I would only trust Touching Hearts to come into my home knowing that they will do everything possible to protect our family.

I want to take a moment to thank you both for all the wonderful service Touching Hearts has given my mother and family since last July. It has taken a monumental amount of stress off my family knowing that someone was always there to watch over mom. I’m sure scheduling constant around the clock care can be challenging – and you never let us down. I would also like to take a moment to give an extra big thanks to Linda, Karen, Anaesthsia, Portia, and Rhonda. These ladies just went above and beyond in caring for mom with such compassion and respect. And for that, I am very grateful. I wish you many years of success with your business – your are providing an amazing service. Once again, thanks so much to you and all your staff.

I want to thank you and your team for taking care of my Mom during this final chapter in her life. She was so very happy to have Jalisa as a home health aide. Jalisa made it possible for Mom to remain at home during October and be in the place she loved – her home. Thank you for giving Mom and I something very precious in those final days – peace of mind.

Haley and Bryan are two of the most compassionate individuals you will ever meet and take pride in their employees and company. They strive to treat all clients like family and go above and beyond to make sure your loved ones are thought of in every way and placed with the right caregivers. They are amazing bosses but even more savvy business owners and put their heart and soul into making sure you as a client are treated like family and comfortable along with taking care of the employees they place in your home. I can’t imagine two more compassionate and professional individuals who I would trust to help care for my loved one. I wish we had them a few years ago. I wish them both the very best and I would highly recommend giving them a call if there’s a need in your family.

The ladies that are staying with my Grandmother are a true blessing. Working with Touching Hearts at Home of Middle Tennessee has been a wonderful experience for our family.

I can never thank you enough for all you and your caregivers did for my Meemaw and my family. You all went above and beyond for all of us. You will forever be a part of our family. Everyone of you went above and beyond. Y’all treated my Meemaw the way she should have been treated. She wasn’t just a “patient” to any of you. She was someone special to y’all. That’s exactly how it should be. She talked about how good the girls were and how thankful she was that I knew someone that I trusted to call on when we needed help. There is no doubt that you and Bryan are doing what you are meant to do. Love to all of you and thank you for being there yesterday as we celebrated my Meemaws beautiful life.

THANK YOU for coming to our rescue yesterday. Your Caregiver was a complete delight! She was a jewel. She was fast and efficient and assertive. She saw a job that needed doing and did it. Although I did ask for a number of tasks to be completed, she did not stop there. She continued to pick up, clean up, straighten up as she thought was necessary. Sadly, I had put off my Christmas Cookie Baking until yesterday. When our private Caregiver called in sick, I thought, oh no! There goes my baking day! But she stepped right in, changed sheets, did laundry, mopped floors while I measured and stirred. She then tided up the kitchen as soon as I dirtied a bowl or counter or cookie sheet. TEAM WORK! She did all that WHILE keeping an eye on my in-laws. I was definitely impressed. Once again, many thanks for being so quick to come to our aid. You folks are great!

I wanted to send a special note to say thank you to all the Caregivers that stayed with my sweet mother. They were all so kind and loving, as well as being helpful and meeting her needs. Touching Hearts sent angels to be with my mother during the most difficult time of her life. She was blessed to have been surrounded by such love and tenderness. Our family appreciates Touching Hearts and the Caregivers more than you’ll every know. Again, many thanks for a job well done.

Bryan and Haley, We are very grateful for your support this past weekend with my mom. Your staff was engaged and did what was asked of them. Being able to leave and having the confidence that Adele is well cared for is a feeling I’ve not fully embraced until your staff stepped in. Thank you seems insignificant but it is a big THANK YOU! We certainly will be using you again and again.
