Paula Skinner was recently awarded the Caregiver of the Year award. Paula has been with Touching Hearts at Home for over a year. Over the course of the past 14 months, she has made a tremendous impact on the lives of her clients. Paula leaves a lasting impression on every client she serves. She has a special way about her that puts others at ease and she uses her gifts to help others. She is a true Caregiver that always puts her clients first.
