Touching Hearts at Home has two exciting Staffing announcements! Roux Chanatry has joined
the Touching Hearts family! Roux comes to us from an Assisted Living facility in Chattanooga where she assisted with everything from planning resident activities to care coordination. She has a passion for the elderly and shares the Touching Hearts vision for making Touching Hearts at Home the premier provider of Home Care throughout Middle Tennessee.
Roux’s primary responsibility will be scheduling as she takes on the Scheduling Coordinator position. She will work hand in hand with our other Scheduler, Katrina Weems. The two of them make a great team! Roux is only in her third week, but she has hit the ground running and is already having a positive impact on the schedule. She is bringing fresh ideas and an open mind. Two things that are sure to make her successful.
Kaitlyn Defoe, the former Scheduling Coordinator, has transitioned into the Care Coordinator Specialist position where she will assist with everything from processing Long Term Insurance claims and making sure all of our documentation is order to keep us compliant with the State to fielding phone calls and assisting with Onboarding new Clients/Caregivers. We appreciate all that Kaitlyn did to positively impact scheduling and look forward to watching her grow in her new role!
