Ways Companion Care at Home Helps Seniors to Avoid Falls

Touching Hearts at Home held their Q2 Caregiver Meeting via Zoom yesterday with nearly 50 Caregivers participating. Touching Hearts typically holds the Quarterly meetings at the office, but out of an abundance of caution elected to hold the meeting via Zoom this quarter.

Owner, Haley Johnson, said, “Our quarterly meetings are some of our favorite days of the year. We love to see our caregivers, pass out awards, update them on our growth, set expectations, and just love on them to let them know how much they are appreciated. The zoom call was a little different, but it was still great to “see” our caregivers and have the opportunity to thank them for all their hard work. As essential workers, our caregivers have been on the front lines throughout the pandemic. They give of their time and energy unselfishly. In the office, we are here to support them, but they are the real heroes on the front lines. COVID-19 has changed the way that we do things, but what has not changed is our commitment to providing outstanding care to our clients. Because of these amazing caregivers, we have been able to do that in spite of the pandemic. I can’t think them enough for all that they do!”
For now, Zoom is part of our new normal we will do everything we can to keep our caregivers connected.
