Brandon Briesath, ABM Owner
Brandon has worked in the service industry since 2000. He oversees the daily operations of the business and sets the tone for a great team culture. Brandon’s commitment to Touching Hearts clients is consistently providing excellence in care with reliable, extensively trained & engaged caregivers. Brandon has earned several awards for outstanding leadership, communication, #1 Overall Top Small Business in SE Wisconsion multiple times and Top Workplace six years running! Brandon is a very hands on owner, actively participating in all aspects of the business, which even includes answering the phones!
Kali Wurm, Director of Human Resources
Kali has a background is in social work and psychology and she has been in the health & wellness industry for over 16 years. Kali provides human resource services including recruitment, training, record keeping, policy enforcement, scheduling & retention for all caregivers and staff. Along with managing day to day office affairs, Kali’s primary focus is to enroll and maintain premier caregivers through effective communication and support.
Jodi Wilterdink, Director of Marketing
Jodi came from the non-profit sector where she founded a community based educational organization serving as Executive Director for over 15 years. She is passionate about senior engagement, community outreach, and supporting client’s and their families as they navigate aging in place. Jodi is a Trauma Care Facilitator, Community Counselor & offers both Chicken and Goat Therapy!
Beth Blavat, Care Coordinator
Beth’s background is in social services including care management, children’s advocacy, mental health recovery, and social security outreach. As a care coordinator, Beth supports our new and existing clients and families, identifying their home care needs and creating care plans that evolve as clients’ needs change. Beth has also worked as a caregiver, personal chef and at a major metropolitan newspaper.
Molly Farrell, Director of Business Development
Molly’s background in the senior healthcare industry includes home care, home health and hospice. Her passion is helping seniors and adults with disabilities find the best care options available, making sure they find the right fit for their specific needs. Molly volunteers as a respite coordinator for a local caregiver support group, advocating for family caregivers.
Tanya Haswell, Director of Marketing
After owning her own photography studio for 15 years, Tanya entered the field of senior living as a fitness coordinator. She immediately realized she had a passion for seniors and she now utilizes her marketing and psychology degrees to advocate for person-centered approaches that empower seniors to live life to the fullest, embracing each day with purpose and meaning.
Mary Droegkamp, Care Coordinator
Mary comes to us with over 30 yrs of experience in the healthcare industry, working with hospice, home health, and medical equipment companies. She offers support and advocates for our clients and families, working to help them along their journey of care needs. Mary is actively involved in grief and bereavement support groups.
Stephanie Hanson, Community Outreach Coordinator
With over a decade of experience as a high school special education teacher, Stephanie has worked closely with students and families to create supportive and inclusive learning environments. Following her teaching career, Stephanie served as the Assistant Executive Director at Lumia Mequon, where she continued to build strong relationships with residents and their families. She looks forward to developing more connections in her role at Touching Hearts.
