Katrina is our Lead Scheduling Coordinator and does an exceptional job ensuring both clients and caregivers are well taken care of. Each day she reviews the schedule and provides the best matches between clients and caregivers. She manages overtime while also providing caregivers their desired hours. Katrina is our customer service queen and can handle anything thrown her way!
