We are proud to welcome Lisa Moore to the Touching Hearts at Home Family! Lisa joined the team this week and is already making an impact. As a Recruiter, Lisa will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training Caregivers. Lisa brings over 20 years of recruiting experience to the team. She has a heart for others and a personality that makes others gravitate towards her.
Each week, Touching Hearts onboards 5-10 new Caregivers. That is why it is critical that we have a dedicated recruiter that is focused on capturing the best Caregivers in the business. We are counting on Lisa to not only bring on board compassionate, dedicated Caregivers, but also give our Caregivers the training they need to be successful.
