Kaitlyn DeFoe joined the Touching Hearts at Home family today. As Care Coordinator, Kaitlyn will be responsible for ensuring our Caregivers have the support that they need to be successful. She will assist with everything from onboarding & training to compliance & HR. Kaitlyn will also be instrumental in the development, roll out, and implementation of our Integral Wellness Plan where each client has a Plan of Care that is tailored specifically to them. Kaitlyn has several years of experience in the industry. She has worked at the Area Agency on Aging in Durham, NC and was a Life Enrichment Associate at Croasdaile Village Retirement Community where she was responsible for providing life enriching activities such as sports, dramatics, games, and arts & crafts to assist residents to develop interpersonal relationships, to socialize effectively, and to develop confidence. We are excited to have her on board and look forward to watching her positively impact the lives of both our seniors and our Caregivers. Welcome Kaitlyn!
