Congratulations to our first Caregiver of the Month of 2022, Catrina Carroll!
Catrina joined Touching Hearts at Home of Middle TN back in May of 2021 and quickly became a client favorite! She brought to the team years of experience in Dementia & Alzheimer’s care, personal care, and hospice care. She has a true heart for others which shines through with each client visit.
Not soon after starting with Touching Hearts, Catrina was placed with a client who she has now been with for the last 6+ months. She provides outstanding care, and the client knows they can depend on her to be there. Catrina is also a great communicator to both the family and the office staff so that we can all provide the best care possible.
During the January winter weather, Catrina was one of our “Weather Warriors” and didn’t let the snow stop her! She was determined to get to her client’s home and did just that!
It is clear Catrina values her role in the Senior Community, and we could not be more grateful to have her on our team!
