Teresa Wade joined the Touching Hearts at Home of Middle Tennessee family today. Teresa has over 12 years of experience in Elder Care. She began her career as an Activity Director at an Assisted Living facility. Since then, she has done everything from Patient Care to Clinical Care Coordinator to Scheduling. Teresa is well known throughout the industry as being detail orientated and efficient while ensuring that patient care remains a top priority.
