Touching Hearts hosted it’s Holiday Caregiver Meeting on December 7th, and everyone had a great time getting to chat face-to-face, a rare occasion given the Caregivers typically work one-on-one in Client homes.
To accommodate the near 100 Caregivers, the office hosted an AM and a PM session for the Caregivers to attend. After a training on Dementia and an update on the State of the Union, the Caregivers were surprised with new benefits including Paid Time Off and a daily pay option!
Caregivers also received their Christmas gifts and participated in raffles and in the awards ceremony where they received certificates, pins, and gift cards for Anniversaries, Superlatives, and Caregiver of the Month and Year!
