Touching Hearts at Home honored LPN, Michelle Spangler, today for one year of service! Michelle has over 15 years of experience working with the elderly. She is an advocate for outstanding patient care and a true blessing to everyone she meets.

As the LPN, Michelle is responsible for meeting with new clients to establish a Plan of Care. She also helps ensure that the Caregivers are comfortable with the Plan of Care and checks in periodically to ensure things are running smoothly. She serves as a resource for existing clients as their needs change and works closely with Home Health and Hospice to ensure Touching Hearts properly assists with the continuum of care. Having an LPN on staff allows Touching Hearts to provide the level of hands on care that clients have come to expect. Michelle fills this role perfectly! Congratulations on one year Michelle!
