With Tennessee’s safer-at-home order to expire April 30, know that we are fully staffed and ready to serve. Our caregivers have been trained and educated on COVID-19 precautions and are prepared to care for your loved ones.
We know right now some families are limiting their visits to their loved ones. When you can’t be there, we want to help you to stay connected. The Family Room, an online portal where you can view care logs, schedules, and invoices allows our Caregivers to complete care logs with notes and photos so that families can have more insight on their loved one’s day. Some Caregivers even have the ability to help our clients to video chat with their families (ex: Facetime, Zoom)!
Let us help you stay connected during this unprecedented time! Please reach out to Office Manager, Sandy Gogulsk, at sandygogulski@touchinghearts.com with questions.
